The 15th Türkiye Wind Energy Congress (TÜREK), organized by the Türkiye Wind Energy Association, will be held on 12-13 May 2026 at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center. In its 15th year, TWEC 2026 represents more than a congress; it stands as a strategic platform that evaluates the progress of Türkiye’s wind energy journey and shapes the path forward. At a time when the energy transition is accelerating and global climate targets are being redefined, Türkiye’s wind energy capacity, industrial infrastructure, technological capabilities, and investment potential will be addressed from a comprehensive and multidimensional perspective. In light of the COP31 agenda and the strengthening global focus on climate policies and net-zero targets, TWEC 2026 will host critical discussions centered on sustainability, including energy security, green growth, energy storage solutions, offshore wind projects, and innovative financing models. Türkiye’s strategic role in the energy transition and its vision of becoming a regional renewable energy hub will be thoroughly examined with contributions from both national and international participants. Bringing together industry representatives, public authorities, investors, academics, and technology providers from Türkiye and abroad, our congress will offer not only a platform for knowledge exchange but also a strong environment for establishing concrete collaborations and long-term strategic partnerships.
